Tori Burns has over 25 years’ experience leading Business Risk and Compliance in a variety of industries across the UK and New Zealand.   Tori diversified into Tourism 6 years ago when her family bought the Russell Orongo Bay Holiday Park.

Tori has been recognised for her innovative approach and strong focus on sustainability, which lead to the operator being recognised as a finalist across a multitude of NZ Tourism awards in 2022. Along with overseeing the strategic operations of the Holiday Park, Tori now supports businesses in their sustainability journey along with other compliance requirements and is currently based in the UK.
