Learn about wine basics, including terminology, labels, types, and key components like sugar, acid, tannin, and alcohol. Discover the history of wine, geography, important regions, and the stages of wine tasting- sight, smell, and taste, along with tasting etiquette.
Understand how to pair food and wine and how the flavour of food affects wine perception, with demonstrations of common pairings and pairing rules. Learn how to make pairing recommendations to your customers and review wine and dish taste profiles.
