- When member or learner data is uploaded into the platform our services, Grow Tourism does not own that data, but you grant us a licence to store and back up all data submitted to the platform. All data remains confidential at all times. It is never used or sold, it is strictly stored so only you as the subscriber and any invited users that you control can access it. In some cases, Grow Tourism may require to view data when we are supporting you as the subscriber, and you give us permission to allow us access and view in these certain conditions.
3.2 Service Provision:
- We use your personal information to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This includes customer support, updates, and new features.
3.3 Communication:
- We may send you service-related announcements and updates. You can opt-out of these communications, but please note that certain critical messages regarding your account or services may be exempt from opt-out.

- Backups: We take care of all backups is to reassure you all data is safe; we have detailed parameters on how and when backups are done so data is always safe.
